Job Description
We are looking for a tour operator, who is passionate about traveling.
- You will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday
- You will provide tourism related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers.
- The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.
- Dealing with clients and interact with them via various channels: phone, chat, email ..etc.
- Closing sales with clients
Job Requirements
- Easily and quickly identify and resolve problems.
- Excellent Knowledge of Key Suppliers worldwide (Travel agents/Hotels/Booking systems)
- Knowledge of key holiday destinations
- Willing to start immediately.
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Bachelor degree
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
- 1-3 Years of Experience
- Fluent in English
- Handling " international & Domestic packages from A to Z Including accommodation, aviation, visa, tours... etc.
- Develop Internal and External tours.
- Arranging Tailor Made / Fixed Outbound Packages.
- Handle the sudden circumstances of clients.
- Handling customer, searching quickly on effective ways for helping.
