Job Description
Role purpose:
• Manage End to End TX capacity planning for VF Internet & Fixed Core including DPIs, DNS and Cashing nodes
• Assure international capacity are designed to maintain the required availability & operating within the design KPIs
• Plan and design the Fixed DPI, DNS and CDNs management
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Planning, ordering & integration for internet links along with core ring links providing best customers deliverables
• Management for international links direct cost with cost efficiency and maximizing profitability through managing CDN available resources & optimum service distribution over links.
• People management, develop technical capabilities, Ensure staff can communicate and collaborate effectively with speed, simplicity and trust
• Managing KPI’s & be updated with new Technologies to enhance Workflow with effective Planning, Reporting, and analysis.
• Work cross functionally across all departments to ensure that process and workflow is in the right track and improve it regularly.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
• Min of 10 years’ experience in the field of Telecommunication with different roles (Fixed Network, International links, DPIs, DNS, CDNs)
• Very good experience in project management.
• Works across functions to achieve the best outcome for customers, employees and VF.
• Ability to work at all levels of seniority and across business functions internally and with external customers as well.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Excellent Project Management, communication & negotiation skills experience (Prince 2, ITIL)
• Excellent network skills (CCNA, Routing & MPLS)
• The ability to manage & develop through people, enhancements that may improve quality and availability.
• Superior interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
• Excellent analytical skills & result oriented.
