Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to identify and build business requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to create Cost Benefit Analyses for various initiatives
- Analyze and lead implementations related to CRM Systems
- Serve as a liaison between business and technology to translate business solutions, designs, and
processes into development - Assess various business processes to identify adequate test cases and perform regression testing
- Be the cross-functional expert between the technical and functional Team
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with dynamics CRM
- 5+ years of relevant business analysis experience
- At least 4 years of experience leveraging knowledge areas, competencies, and techniques
- Ability to perform business report using tools such as SSRS, SSIS etc
- Experience working within project management
- Excellent communications and client facing skills
- Strong ability to plan and take initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft word, power point and excel is required
