Job Description

  • Receiving the couriers/Customers/Stores issues through our support channels: Calls, Intercom, WhatsApp, and social media then solving them.
  • Tracking orders and calling the pending orders’ beneficiaries to solve any pending issue related to the orders.
  • Reviewing the pending withdrawals and approving or rejecting them.
  • Payment transactions between the beneficiaries within the app.
  • Customer Care.
  • Stores content uploading and quality control over the stores’ profiles.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 1+ years of Operations experience
  • Able to work alternate shifts, occasional weekends and holidays.
  • Presentable.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Organized and team player.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Very Good in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Males only
