Job Description

  • Preparing QC Plan, Technical Drawings.
  • Preparing/Reviewing ITP, MTO
  • Performing and Applying WPS, PQR, WPQ&WQR.
  • Witnesses fabrication process and insuring Quality procedures and standards are applied and followed.
  • Preparing test packages and insuring it complies with client’s requirements.
  • Preparing inspection reports, Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress reports.
  • Preparing QC Dossier for the specific project and insuring it meet requirements.
  • Developing and implementing quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing quality control systems.
  • Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
  • Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.
  • Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
  • Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
  • Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes.
  • Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
  • Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.

Job Requirements

  • BSC in engineering, preferred mechanical / Electromechanical.
  • 4 to 7 years’ experience in Construction QA/QC Engineer.
  • Background and past experience in offshore.
  • Experience in EPCC Projects.
  • CSWIP 3.1 , CWI , ASNT LVL 2 , ISO 9001 internal Auditor/Lead Auditor, BGAS-CSWIP & Offshore Safety Courses would be highly preferable.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors.
  • Awareness in various construction and fabrication standards and codes (Ex. DNVGl-st-f101, API, ASME, ISO….).
  • Experience in Pipelines fabrication, welding, inspections and installation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
