We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of the local business unit.
General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy,
- Managing people and establishing policies.
- Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Reporting to the Owners, providing market insights and strategic advice.
- Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.
- Overseeing the company's delivery operations and ensure customers satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with creating financial statements
