Job Description
- Setting the objectives of the Finance Department, designing a framework for meeting said objectives, and overseeing the operations of the department
- Performing a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine the present and forecasted financial health of the company
- Simulating different scenarios using financial modeling
- Presenting potential scenarios and outcomes to the company’s senior management
- Managing the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents
- Collaborating with the senior management in developing and implementing funding strategies
- Examining financial and legal documents to verify their accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and principles
- Developing or recommending solutions for problems or challenging situations
- Preparing business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts
- Developing financial reporting systems
- Finding ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes
- Analyzing market trends to identify and seize business opportunities and maximize profits
- Offering assistance to the senior management in making financial decisions
- Staying up to date with the latest advancements in the field of financial systems
Job Requirements
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting,
- More than 10 years of experience as a Finance Manager In Hospitals
- Fluent in English
