Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability across various e-commerce platforms, with a particular focus on Amazon.
- Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content, images, and pricing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Monitor key e-commerce metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve our online presence.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to product listings, order fulfillment, customer reviews, and customer inquiries.
- Implement and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversion rates.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion rates, and propose actionable strategies for improvement.
- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Specialist, preferably in a global setting.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon.
- Strong understanding of online marketing principles, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Proficient in data analysis, Excel, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
