ABOUT THE ROCKET MARKETING:
We are a 100% remote Facebook (META) Business Partner (https://www.facebook.com/business/partner-directory/details?id=2432607553472221) that serves the Arabic market. The founder (Hicham Zaraket) is currently based in Berlin and previously worked at Facebook for 7 years before starting The Rocket Marketing in 2018.
We are a boutique performance marketing agency and work very closely with our clients (our partners) and have a small and lean remote team working from across the MENA (Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Morocco). We are not your typical digital agency and everything is done remotely. We help clients scale significantly and grow with them.
Our goal is to disrupt the industry and help grow businesses across the MENA through the effective use of digital marketing (and have fun doing it!). This is why we launched “Sponsored Course” where we are helping over 1,500 businesses in the MENA grow and scale through online ads.
We focus on eCommerce, lead generation and digital products (online courses, webinars etc).
Job Description:
Responsibilities include designing for our own websites, social media ads and posts (Instagram
Linkedin, Facebook Page and Group etc) as well as our clients (ecommerce, lead generation
industries). You will design original content that will add value to our target audience and
translate into engagement, growth and brand recognition and increased reputation.
This role is fully remote and full-time. You need to speak and write Arabic and English fluently
and idiomatically.
Responsibilities:
● Creating and designing brand identity
● Design across all our own social media platforms and email in a way that fits the
company branding and culture
● Create and enforce design standards for E-Commerce Websites
● Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software
● Selecting colors, fonts, photographs, layouts and other design elements to communicate
creative concepts
● Collaborating with other people in team and externally to create media
● Build and design social media channels look and feel
● Improving engagement and growth with the right design
● Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
● Has managerial skills to lead the project launch from a to z
● Other related duties
Job Requirements
Requirements:
● Extensive experience in an in-house creative department or design firm
● Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
● Advanced Photoshop, IN and Illustrator skills
● UI/UX experience strongly preferred
● Familiar with HTML and CSS
● Speak and write in English and Arabic fluently and idiomatically
● Work experience with a digital agency/art director preferred
