Job Description

Job Purpose:

Plan, organize and facilitate various talent management activities such as performance management, learning and development also this position will also conduct full life cycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent for DME, as well as maintaining effective programs for retention, and succession planning.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the recruitment process including; job posting, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and advising the recommendation of hiring. 
  • Supervise all candidates and monitor all interviews and maintain appropriate recruitment status reports and analyze all metrics and assist to implement all recruitment strategies
  • Manage various job fairs and prepare an efficient network of all talent and develop and implement various strategies for all training programs and participate in various training programs
  • Support setting the organization objectives & KPIs starting from the CEO and cascading to staff until it is validated and approved by the company CEO.
  • Conduct the training needs analysis for employees, and set the training plan according to the approved budget.
  • Prepare required training programs to achieve all development objectives.
  • Managing the execution of the employee’s training, handling operational problems, and ensuring employees’ satisfaction.
  •  Supervise the efficiency of the onboarding of the new hires
  • Execute Midyear and Annual appraisal process including collecting the data, validating with the departments’ heads, maintaining the normal distribution, and obtaining the CEO's approval

Qualifications (10%)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 10 years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on talent acquisition will be ideal.
  • Construction companies' experience will be is a MUST.
  • ERP Literate – Preferably Oracle.

Other HR studies will be a benefit – Preferably Certified Assessor
