Job Description
- Verify the Karat of Gold and Silver: Inspect the received materials from suppliers to assess their Karat values and determine which materials meet the established quality standards for acceptance.
- Monitor Karat Consistency Throughout Production: Check the Karat of materials before and after each production stage to ensure the final product meets the required quality standards.
- Conduct Random Sampling on the Production Line: Perform random checks by sampling materials during production and comparing them against Karat quality standards to verify the accuracy of the production process.
- Report to the Recovery Section: Prepare a detailed report identifying the Karat of the gold, helping the recovery team calculate the recovery rate and gold loss across different production units.
- Gold Loss Report for Production Supervisors: Issue a report to production supervisors outlining the percentage of gold loss per worker, ensuring that gold loss rates stay within acceptable limits.
- Participate in Gold Scrap Assessment: Collaborate in the committee that evaluates gold scrap received from the sales team, analyzing it from a quality standpoint.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work together with other departments to achieve common goals, actively engaging in problem-solving and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Military Service: For male candidates, military service must be either completed or exempted.
- Personal Traits: Strong team player with a high eagerness to learn, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
