Job Description
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Responsible for Recruitment process.
- Responsible for employee relations tasks.
- Maintain HR database and ensure that it's regularly updated.
- Managing social insurance for employees ( form 1,2,6)
- Check the terminated employees status before their payroll calculation.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 1+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor Degree.
- Very Good computer skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Presentable with very good communication skills.
