Job Description

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward users at all times.
  • Responding promptly to user inquiries.
  • Communicating with users through various chats and tickets.
  • Acknowledging and resolving user complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of user interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the user service process.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent in English speaking and writing.
  • Males only.
  • Capable to work under pressure and willing to work with flexible work schedule.
  • Skilled in communication and good at handing with problems.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, professional and efficient.
  • Internet-related experience is preferred.
  • Maximum 1 year working experience.
