Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and committed candidate to join our technical team to deploy and maintain a wide range of Avaya and other voice communications and contact center products with the following skills and qualifications :

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Interact with the major telecom providers in the market.
  • Installation and maintenance of telecom products.
  • Implementation of contact centers solutions
  • Handle different kinds of support requests.Self-motivated, positive, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and handle different customer needs and changes.
  • Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Job Requirements

Education:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Computer science or similar qualifications
  • Strong VOIP and Networking background, CCNA certification is preferred.
  • ITI or NTI Diploma is preferred.
  • Experience in Avaya Solutions is preferred.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Outlook and Office products.
  • Excellent command in English.
