Job Description
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
- Collaborate with researchers, project managers, and creative directors to create and deliver effective marketing programs and campaigns.
- Use multiple sources of data to identify trends and consumer behaviors that could affect the design of a campaign.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
- Brainstorm & Develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Create Marketing & Promotional Materials.
- Serving as a Media Liaison by Monitoring & managing Social Media.
- Overseeing outside Vendors & agencies according to Business needs.
- Market research for the business department needs.
- Establish & Maintain relationships with new & existing clients through networking and prospecting.
- Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Handling and follow up on the designers work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to travel as necessary
