Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
  • Collaborate with researchers, project managers, and creative directors to create and deliver effective marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Use multiple sources of data to identify trends and consumer behaviors that could affect the design of a campaign.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
  • Brainstorm & Develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Create Marketing & Promotional Materials.
  • Serving as a Media Liaison by Monitoring & managing Social Media.
  • Overseeing outside Vendors & agencies according to Business needs.
  • Market research for the business department needs.
  • Establish & Maintain relationships with new & existing clients through networking and prospecting.
  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Handling and follow up on the designers work.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary
