Be the point of contact between the showrooms and the factory
Supervise, oversee and work with technical drawings for production
As required:
- Create 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D visuals (using 3D Max) of furniture and interiors
- Create offers and proposals and finalize contracts
- Organize site visits with clients and take measurements
- Supervise showrooms and exhibitions
Carry out quality control on all products before they are delivered
Optimize logistics and delivery; make sure that everything is smooth, timely and professional
Maintain showrooms upkeep and presentability
Follow up on showroom requirements
Carry out snags in showrooms and develop a tracking system
Develop and implement SOPs
Audit the inventory and retail system
Research new suppliers, and managing their partnerships
Manage monthly reports, accounts and finances regarding partners
Coordinate pricing, logistics and stock and keep track of the inventory and retail system
Assess trends and carry out reports
Support in other areas such as Business Development, Marketing, PR
Manage internal team projects to help scale up our business
Optimize processes and operations
Develop and maintain libraries and resources

Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
Academic background in product design, interior design or architecture or relevant field
Good command of AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Microsoft Office
Willing to adapt to unconventional working hours
Must be enthusiastic, passionate and eager to learn.
Detail oriented
Ability to multitask
