Job Description
• Planning and coordinating site architect works with the teams.
• Coordinating the different architect site activities in the project
• Studying project drawings, BOQs & Docs.
• Organize work flow according to project plan.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure work compatibility with drawings & standards.
• Prepare quantity survey from site for contractors Bill of Progress.
• Manage material submission before installation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- 3:5 Years of Experience.
- Strong Finishing background with eye to detail
- Problem solving.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Well knowledge in Site Survey.
- Excellent AutoCAD.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The perfect user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to supervise and guidance.
