Job Description
- Financial analysis; accruals, interim payment management, cost accounting, and variance analysis reports
- Analyze the actual costs vs budget for work activities
- Prepare reports for materials consumption compared with executed quantities in client’s interim payment, inventory, and sub-contractor interim payment
- Identify the deviation and waste material percentage
- Monitoring and analyzing indirect costs for each project and its impact on profit
- Review the cost allocation on the Oracle system, to verify if there is variance in loading the expenses for work activities
- Prepare the project’s activity list (work breakdown structure-WBS) based on client’s contract and attached time schedule
- Develop the activities milestones as per the Method of Statement in coordination with Project Management to prepare to the time schedule using Primavera
- Report performance metrics reports, value and percentage of actual completed activities compared to the planned activities according to the time schedule. • Percentage of progress or delay compared to time schedule. Work with Project Team members to continually optimize the schedule, to ensure that deliverables are met, and to establish plans to recover from schedule delays and impacts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Arch. Engineering
- From 5 to 9 years of experience in the same field
- Fluent French Language is a must
- Very Good English Language
- Experience in construction or road or infrastructure works
- Experience in cost management (value engineering)
- Experience in construction project planning & scheduling and cost control
- Oracle Users are preferred
- Primavera certified certification is preferable
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Willing to travel internationally from 20%:40%
