Job Description
- Preparing program itineraries for individuals & groups.
- Preparing quotations.
- Handle materialized bookings.
- Making invoices for the files.
- Booking Hotels, Nile cruises & Air tickets
- Preparing service orders for all branches & the Traffic department.
- Preparing the Tourism police reports.
- Issuing payments and vouchers.
- Assign qualified guides.
- Finalize the files on the system.
- Possibility for solving problems within authorized limits.
- Assist his/her senior in preparing the full documentation of the file including all correspondence, quotations, and invoices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or any related major from a reputable university.
- Fluency in French is a must.
- Excellent in English.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Stress management skills.
