Job Description
- The Position will report directly to the CEO, The company has different fields (Food Industry, Construction, Import & Export,…… etc.) and she will responsible for :
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Writing letters, Filing, photocopying all office documentation
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems job requirements
Job Requirements
- BSc. of commerce, business administration, or any equivalent to it.
- Prefer to graduate from AUC, GUC, MIU, …. etc.)
- 3-5 years of working experience in the field.
- Excellent MS Office.
- Excellent English Language.
- Good experience in Marketing & Research.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High organizational skills.
- Strong ability to follow up on the smallest details at work.
- Ability to deliver work in a timely manner.
- Egyptian Or Foreigner nationality is applicable
- Discretion with personal and confidential information
