Job Description
- Manage Incoming Tourism files not outgoing or Hij and Omra
- Capable of all Tourism Manager duties for incoming business . Preparing Packages & quotations for tour operators.
- Prepare programs quotations (all kind of programs inside Egypt).
- Contact hotels for seasonal hotels contracts.
- Responsible for organizing and executing the sightseeing all over Egypt.
- Book tour guides
- Send service orders to the representative offices in Hurghada, Sharm, Luxor and Aswan.
- Responsible for opening the file and its financial procedures
- Send periodic reports to tourism manager and tourism GM
- Dealing professionally with FIT ,Groups,,MICE,Series
- Prompt dealing with the last minute request
- Preparing quotations and itineraries.
- Making arrangements for Ticket, transportation, accommodation, tours and activities inside Egypt.
- Interact with clients over Phone, E-mail.
- Handling invoices and issuing of vouchers.
- Having good communication with customers / suppliers and Hotels
- Evaluating customers’ holidays, issuing appropriate feedback form and assuring client's satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English language, MS Office and field software (Travel Force and Sabre GDS)
- experience with software operation system in Incoming Travel Agency
