Job Description
- Pitch and tender management
- Initiates various business plans, in order to enhance the overall growth of the organization.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the prospective clients, existing customers and various business partners.
- Investing the economic conditions of the business at regular intervals of time and reporting them to the board along with the emerging financial and business issues within the organization.
- Setting various short- and long-term goals for the business and preparing plans to meet them within the deadlines.
- Develop and maintain qualification materials including project descriptions, experience matrices/overviews, safety and quality statistics, capability statements, etc.
- Share sales materials, information, knowledge and best practices with the team.
- Ensure that all sales documents comply with our Identity and client confidentiality requirements.
- Preparation of press releases and providing input to the Annual Report.
- Work with teams to provide strategic solutions.
- Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts
- Supervise on and generate Client Offers & Contracts
- Supervise on and generate Client Invoices
- Supervise on and lead client management & handling
- Leading profit share calculations
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to identify potential leads.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
