Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing MPP Manpower plan for the organization.
  • Conducts candidate recruitment process; reviews and evaluates employee qualifications; maintains eligible applicant pools and refers candidates to hiring departments.
  • Hiring qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
  • Design and update job descriptions.
  • Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verification.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for on-boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems.
  • Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including; monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay and benefit changes.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, development of employee handbook, an organizational chart, and implementation of HR policies.
  • Participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Assist in the performance management process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience in HR functions
  • HR Diploma is a plus.
  • Excellent command of Arabic, English
  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Familiar with labor legislation and payroll process
  • Solid understanding of full recruitment cycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
