Job Description

  • Recruiting and staffing logistics;
  • Organizational and space planning;
  • Performance management and improvement systems;
  • Organization development;
  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting;
  • Employee orientation, development, and training;
  • Policy development and documentation;
  • Employee relations;
  • Company-wide committee facilitation;
  • Company employee communication;
  • Compensation and benefits administration;
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and
  • Employee services and counseling.
  • Social Insurance and Labor Law Knowledge
  • Prepares or updates employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  • Explains human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Ensures new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
  • Processes all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
  • Assists in engagement programs and other employee relations work.
  • Maintains HR information records and compiles reports from the database.
  • Responsible for health insurance, and monthly payroll variables.
  • Handles the contract renewal procedures.
  • Handles employees' attendance, working hours, vacations & permissions, business missions, etc.
  • Provides statistical information and reports as requested.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • HR Diploma is Preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
