Job Description
- Handle Egypt payroll.
- Handle Sales commission for the JV (Saudi, Egypt and Lebanon)
- Run C&B analysis reports
- Prepare C&B KPIs slides.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human resource, MIS or related filed.
- Has at least 5 years of experience.
- good knowledge in benefits, policies and procedures.
- Profession in MS office (specially Excel)
- Experience managing payroll in HR System
- Good communication skills and project management skills.
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
