Job Description
Aviation Team Leader is urgently required for Hojuzat Project for Travel and Tourism
- Manage relationships with major airlines & corporates.
- Handle the management and emergency requests.
- Supervising all travel agents' requests from booking and issuing tickets.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
- Confirm and modify flight reservations.
- Issue - Reissue - Change - Refund airline tickets.
- Evaluation and verification of employee performance through thorough reviews of completed work assignments and techniques.
- Preparing reports on financial performance, employee activity, and other operational aspects of an organization’s business.
- Developing strategic plans for the company, including hiring new staff members and developing long-term goals.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous experience at the same position.
- Excellent experience in using GDS systems (Basic & Advanced) is a Must.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and Problem-solving skills.
