Job Description

  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the office of the  Manager.
  • Handling and organizing meetings inside and outside the company
  • Responsible for taking Minutes Of Meeting, comments and details to provide general assistance during meetings.
  • Send the Minutes Of Meeting for all attended employees.
  • Dealing with the Manager incoming emails and replies for necessary and urgent issues.
  • Notify the  Manager with all Important and urgent mails that needs his decision.
  • Screening phone calls, inquires and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Handling any needed signature from the  Manager to be signed in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for Scheduling the Manager meetings via Outlook calendar.
  • Responsible for any internal communication with managers and employees.
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for the Manager and travelling employees.
  • Filing system hard copy and soft copies.
  • Following up pending subjects & report the feedback independently.
  • Be responsible to ensure proper maintenance of the facilities; manage all housekeeping staff; monitor cleaning schedules, and ensure optimum facilities up-time.
  • Organize and manage all office supplies; ensure proper stock maintenance; maintain a record of stock utilized and make necessary arrangements for replenishing exhausted items.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent planning capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook).
  • Having good organizational skills.
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • MUST Good command of English language
  • Good command of computer skills.
