Pricing And Profiling Section Head

•Set the Internal benchmarks for all SGH branches as per the weight and all the affecting factors on
pricing, Profiling, and contracting procedures.
• Conduct Analysis on SGH competitors and benchmarks and SGH Current situation in the Health Care
Market.
• Create the Proposals for the new contracts with the insurance companies to update the contracts
conditions , Negotiations, and final set up on the system with Price impact and Monitor Profiling.
• Manage all the set up for the contracts with insurance companies to ensure the implementation of the
agreed terms and Tariffs.
• Set up all the policies under the insurance companies and implement it on the system controls to
maintain (Exclusions , Deductibility , Mark ups fulfilling CHI requirements)
• Maintain Pricing and Profiling Targets and objectives to be aligned with core objectives of SGH to be
one of the heath care leaders in the market through smart and vigilant pricing and contracting
Mythologies .
• Keep up to date with the unstable economic situation with regards to the revenue and cash flow to
adapt with the lack of digital and automated analytical available tools.
• Maintain pricing and profiling function good communication relationships with the insurance companies All internal departments.
