Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in growing company revenue and providing excellent customer service. S/he will supervise and coordinate the sales activities to meet and exceed the company targets.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and meet revenue targets and other assigned targets by successfully leading the assigned Account Management team, aligning with company policies and strategies.
  • Ensure the customers’ inquiries and requests are handled in a timely manner in order to provide the best-in-class customer service experience.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new customers.
  • Support the assigned Account Management team in communicating, following up, and addressing customers’ needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Manage training, process ownership, and coordinating daily tasks.
  • Lead efforts to organize and manage all records, reports, and data for the Account Management team, including order backlog.
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop the Account Management team members and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.

Job Requirements

Previous experience & educational background:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in the sales field, preferably in B2B sales, ideally in a tech industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any related field.

Skills & knowledge:

  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Solid understanding of client/customer and market requirements and dynamics.
  • Should be familiar with using CRM and sales performance software.
  • Solid knowledge of different google applications (google sheets, docs, etc) is essential.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Solid knowledge of different sales techniques.
