Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • All front end support.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. 
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to technical difficulties with hardware, software and network via telephone, email, ticket portal or in person.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Ability to solve problems remotely for our branches or personally if it is necessary. 
  • Setting up accounts for new users.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. 
  • Testing new technology, organizing cables and testing the passive network.
  • Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • V. Good in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
