Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- All front end support.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to technical difficulties with hardware, software and network via telephone, email, ticket portal or in person.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Ability to solve problems remotely for our branches or personally if it is necessary.
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology, organizing cables and testing the passive network.
- Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- V. Good in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
