Job Description
- Manage order cycle on system end to end to ensure proper executions.
- Always work on delivering customer orders on time in full quantity seeking customer satisfaction.
- Handle all operations with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, warehousing & logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time and as requested.
- Manage Quotation, return & maintenance orders process end to end.
- Continuously improving order process to reach high level of maturity & flexibility.
- Tracking open orders and update its status to customers and sales team.
- Handle administration work of Sales orders such as invoices, loading pick slip. etc.
- Review documents cycle to ensure it is complying to Company rules and procedures.
- Generate requested daily & monthly reports, analysis & tracking requested by management.
- Receive customer calls, provide the requested information and handling customer complaints if any.
- Deliver feedback received from customers and discuss with the concerned parties inside the organization.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in business administration or any relevant Discipline
- + 3 years of Customer Service Experience
- Excellent MS office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management, prioritization, attention to detail and follow-through
- Outstanding listening, communications, presentation and influencing skills
