Job Description
- · Auditing and managing the implementation of all activities related to the requirements and standards of HACCP, NFSA, BRC, and the company's QC standards
- · Ensuring the incoming raw material inspection matches the quality standards and customer specifications
- · Responsible for monitoring the quality of the company's products to ensure they comply with quality standards and required specs.
- · Analyzing production samples to evaluate the reports from QC and production and ensure that they match the required specifications
- · Handling customer claims and performing root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
- · Monitoring the performance of production and quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- · Following up on the company's quality documentation system and updating it when required
- · Evaluating the quality of packaging materials and ensuring they are compliant
- · Identifying and setting appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
- · Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- · Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent relevant to the industry
- · A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Frozen Fruits and Vegetables or Food industry
- · Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational & leadership skills
- · Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
- · In-depth knowledge of ISO, HACCP, BRC standards, and QC procedures
- · Good grasp of MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint
- · Good command of written and spoken English
