Job Description
- Conduct client meetings, document requirements and perform gap analysis.
- Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
- Manage client expectations effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay current with customer needs and strategies
- Liaise with SMEs from other functions (e.g., Architect, Domain Consultant, Design), to discuss technical requirements, solutions and activities.
- Document and manage change requests with the clients during the execution phase.
- Quickly understand the business issues and data challenges of client's organization.
- Understands and communicates the financial and operational impact of any changes
- Creates informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvements.
- Oversees the implementation of new technology and systems.
- Recommends / Initiates Business Improvement opportunities that help clients / customers achieve their goals.
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs.
- Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
- Understand the components of running successful projects.
- Identify critical issues with ease.
- Lead testing and business analysis activity.
- Work with the QA team to ensure the testing is in line with the requirements.
- Test patches (during the implementation period) before transitioning to production domain.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues during the post-Go Live support period.
- Support Proposal Management: proposal preparation (technical inputs, schedules, engagement team CVs and other inputs).
- Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.
- Execute tasks, as assigned, per engagement plans and implementation methodology.
- Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
- Identify and notify risks to Project Managers and to other delivery team members.
Job Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a system analyst from 7 to 10 years
- Effective communication, analytical, computer and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point.
- Excellent problem solving attitude .
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Team player.
- Solid knowledge of business information systems.
- Hands-on experience with software development and documentation.
