Job Description

  1. Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts to design manpower plan.
  2. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  3. Lead employment branding initiatives.
  4. set sourcing plan to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  5. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.).
  6. Take steps to ensure a positive candidate impression.
  7. Assist in employee retention and development.
  8. Organize and/or attend employment fairs.
  9. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
  10. Determine the optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
  11. Review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements.
  12. Monitor turnover and retention rates.
  13. Prepare recruitment budget and make budget report annually.
  14. Organize technical assessment internally / externally.
  15. Oversee all hiring stages from sourcing to onboarding.
  16. Send job offer letters and negotiate terms.
  17. Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
  18. Manage, train, and evaluate recruitment team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • HR Diploma is a must (HR Master's Degree is a plus).
  • 8:10 Years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment.
  • Proficient in social media and job boards.
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Strong decision-making, presentation, analytical, leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent command of English
