Job Description
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts to design manpower plan.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Lead employment branding initiatives.
- set sourcing plan to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.).
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate impression.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Organize and/or attend employment fairs.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Determine the optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
- Review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements.
- Monitor turnover and retention rates.
- Prepare recruitment budget and make budget report annually.
- Organize technical assessment internally / externally.
- Oversee all hiring stages from sourcing to onboarding.
- Send job offer letters and negotiate terms.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
- Manage, train, and evaluate recruitment team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- HR Diploma is a must (HR Master's Degree is a plus).
- 8:10 Years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment.
- Proficient in social media and job boards.
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
- Strong decision-making, presentation, analytical, leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent command of English
