Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review the ROI, business case and budget of the projects and align between the proposed projects and the organization portfolio.
• Lead, monitor, and control the performance of project life cycle – project Initiation, project planning, project execution and controlling, and project closing.
• Manage the projects from all perspectives “Time, budget, resources, stakeholders, Risks “
  Key activities include task completion verification, project team monitoring, managing the exchange of project updates across the project team members, schedule reporting, issue resolution, scope change, and contract administration.
• Monitor the execution of the organization’s project order and verify the execution of the project through kick-off meetings.
• Conduct the project review from all perspectives “time, cost and scope and risks " and communicate it with the stakeholders.
• Solve problems with stakeholders that results in positive feedback and enhanced relationships.
  Demonstrate an understanding of the fundamental knowledge, processes and terminology needed for effective project management and providing the needed processes and SLAs to identify the area of improvements.
• Forecasting the Earned value estimates of the projects.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
