Job Description
- Deliver high-quality English-language customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve processes and products.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.

Job Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of 0 years and up to 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time, under a permanent or long-term contract.
- Willingness to work on-site in Maadi.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Proficiency in using computers and common office software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
