Job Description

  • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
  • Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of supply chain management function as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business.
  • Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.
  • Develop, implement and sustain our system to ensure on time in full delivery to our customers.
  • Manage current and long-term forecast projections to drive product and inventory planning goals.
  • Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the supply chain perspective.
  • Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers.
  • Organize and oversee inventory by keeping a detailed database of available inventory and expected usage per month.
  • Research partner companies and seek to negotiate best-price contracts to increase business revenue.
  • Control inventory and delivery processes.
  • Oversee product storage, handling and distribution.
  • Manage the costs involved while maintaining quality
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
  • Determine key supply chain KPIs.
  • Suggest solutions for process improvements.
  • Manage and motivate a team of supply chain staff
  • Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Train and evaluate others.
  • Provide constructive feedback.
  • Work with finance, sales, and purchasing team to determine best vendors and distributors
  • Implement new technologies and stay alert to new trends and developments in the sector.

Job Requirements

  • BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field is preferable.
  • Hands on experience with supply chain management at least 5 years
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
