Job Description
- Conduct interviews/audits with concerned owners/departments as per internal audit plan to verify the standardization and implementation of the QMS
- Develop audit reports detailing audit findings and follow-up implementation of corrective actions / suggestions to be aligned with internal audit procedures
- Collect and review the Collected KPI / SLA reports & update the TE dashboard

Job Requirements

Required education: degree preferably in Business Administration / Computer science /engineering degree or related University
Required certificate/courses:
- BBM Standard Knowledge (intermediate level)
- Fair Knowledge about Six-sigma- Green
- Fair Knowledge about ETOM • Visio Knowledge (intermediate level)
- ITIL Knowledge (intermediate level)
Required computer skills : Office knowledge excel, word, access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project (intermediate level)
