Job Description
- Responsible for installation Team in the projects.
- Execute installation schedules & ensure that site work is completed on time according to estimated schedule.
- Supervise and Coordinate installation technicians’ daily operations during work execution.
- Effectively communicate installation plans to installation team members.
- Resolve issues that arise during the installation process to prevent delays.
- Ensure the final product meets the established standards in terms of both quantity and quality.
- Hold & update reference sheets & documents that are relevant to the assigned tasks.
- Provide daily report clarifying executed work and project progress.
- Handle financial and administrative site matters with compliance to company policies & procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering OR Interior Design is required.
- 3-5 years’ experience as” Site Engineer”.
- English proficiency is a Must.
- PMP Certificate is Preferable.
- Preferred with Wood Manufacturing Background.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work.
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Leadership Skills and can lead other to get results.
