Job Description
- Set up and implement operation plans for all Site departments (landscape, Housekeeping, maintenance, security & Operation)
- Manage and maintain the level of services provided and solving clients’ problems.
- Find any changes in the facades or architectural or construction works, and make sure that there is approval for the technical modification to activate the population regulation in this regard.
- Manage the construction and finishing in units still under finishing and waste resulting from the maintenance of public and private gardens by agricultural maintenance companies.
- Responds to compound residents’ complaints and issues, serving as Marsa Baghush representative and the corporate office regarding the administration and application of resolving related issues.
- Submitting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the progress of work in the stage to GM.
- Participate in facilitating the collection of maintenance expenses by providing services in a complete, continuous, and professional manner

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- 7 - 12 years of progressively responsible management experience in different phases of Facilities Services, Administration, Public sector, or similar work environment (A residential compounds experience is a must).
- Previous experience in north coast compounds.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage complicated details.
