Duties and responsibilities:
- Performing Internal process Audit Plan
- preparing internal audits processes reports.
- Quality control auditing on receiving, in process and final products
- Collect, scan and upload company’s related documents
- Work with documents and records across related departments.
- Corrective action reports follow up.
- Managing Calibration needs for measuring tools.
- Internal issues solving process.
- Issuing non-conformities under IMS guidelines.
- Final closure of internal process audits and operational NC`s.
- Work instructions implementation and updates.
- Prepare NC reports for Income goods during receiving process.
- Segregated parts control.
- Product audits.
- PNR Records and follow up.
- Containment process in BEE and at customers.
- Assess audit planning, questioning techniques and recording of evidence
Job Requirements
- Qualification
- Bachelor degree.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Quality control experience.
- Knowledge:
- Aware with requirements of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- Skills:
- Very good command "MS Office
- Strong command of English language
- Proficient with the process auditing principles and procedures
- Adept in researching, data collection, processing, and report generating
- Ability to communicate, explain, report and resolve queries in a precise manner
- Skilled in operating tools and using QC methodologies
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly record and report.
- Learning and improving his skills acc. to any new requirements
