Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the talent acquisition section, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve recruitment policies, processes, and best practices to attract top talent in the construction sector.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid- to senior-level positions, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking, and industry events, to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring standards throughout the recruitment process.
  • Mentor and develop junior recruiters, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team environment.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, challenges, and achievements to senior leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years and maximum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid- to senior-level roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning and talent management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and ethical hiring practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives is a plus.
