Job Description
- Process monthly payable transactions on SAP ERP system.
- Maintain and review vendor accounts.
- Responsible for vendor accounts reconciliation.
- Monitor vendor ageing on a monthly basis.
- Process invoices and payments on timely manner in accordance with payment terms.
- Perform necessary accruals.
- Perform ad hoc duties & responsibilities when required.
- Support in internal & external audit.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years experience working in a finance department with direct exposure to AP functions.
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is a must.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis.
- Advance Word & Excel experience.
- Strong oral & written communication in English.
- High level of organization skills.
