American academy is well-established international academy is looking for dynamic tel-sales .

  • instructors to begin next month.
  • Campus 6 October City , Giza , Egypt

Responsibilities

  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  • Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Keeping up to date on all services and informing customers of new services.
  • Answering customers' questions on the products.
  • Meeting sales quotas.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a service using scripts
  • Answer questions about our services or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in Insurance is a plus.
  • Very Good English and Arabic Communication and Negotiation skills
  • good french Communication skills is preferable.
  • Excellent Presentation skills
