Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
- Preparing the interior construction drawing, details, schedules, document related to the interior packages (FF&E, BOQ).
- Coordinating and working with the design office or a group of design.
- Consideration and finding optimal design solutions.
- Participating in the selection process of contractors and suppliers.
- Responding to technical inquiries from the Client/Engineers/Contractors.
- Overseeing the design process using technical expertise.
- Site inspection.
- Following-up with consultants/suppliers.
- Documenting project issues/conditions.
Job Requirements
- +6 years of experience, licensed in interior design or architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD - MS Office - Revit is a MUST
- Experience and vision of how to build a better team structure internally
- Proven experience in Furniture production work and wood industries
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Excellent presentation skills
- Have client facing experienced
- Strong Leadership, Coaching and Managing a team skills is a must
