JOB TITLE
IT Infrastructure Team Leader
ROLE PROFILE
- Responsible for IT Infrastructure by managing data centers including hypervisors, firewalls and network devices.
- Administer Azure tenant including VMs, databases, backup and security.
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenant including (Identity, Exchange online, SharePoint online, Intune, teams and OneDrive).
- Ensure high security measures applied on firewalls, antimalware and Microsoft Defender to comply with security standards.
- Monitor IT services performance and availability through monitoring tools and alerts to ensure service continuity.
- Manage incidents and open cases with vendors and partners according to applied SLAs.
- Perform, maintain and test online and offline backup of servers, data and configuration files.
- Lead IT Infrastructure team members by assigning tasks and setting guidelines to improve teamwork productivity and share knowledge.
- Provide reports from IT solutions to verify systems health and integrity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in computer science or computer engineering.
- 7 -10 years of experience including supervision role.
- MCSE, CCNA Certificate is a MUST.
- Cloud Services knowledge is a MUST.
- Microsoft Azure Administrator Certificate is a plus.
