Job Description
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing accurate information or solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on VOIS products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to contribute to continuous process improvement.
