Job Description

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing accurate information or solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Stay updated on VOIS products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to contribute to continuous process improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English C1 is a Must
  • College Graduates ONLY
  • Egyptian Nationality is a must.
  • Soft and communication skills.
