Job Description

  • Identify training needs of the company using performance appraisals (TNA), objectives of the company’s, Assessment Center, to ensure maximum effectiveness and impact of the Chosen Programs
  • Calculate the return on investment(ROI)on the basis of its evaluation to ensure their effectiveness
  • Develop variety of learning methodologies and solutions to enhance knowledge management approach efficiently.
  • Organize appropriate training programs both internally and externally, to ensure that meet the training objectives
  • Execute learning plans and projects implementation, to accomplish preset objectives in accordance with the standards and due dates.
  • Propose development training procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 quality system, as well as overseeing the conservation of training quality documentation to be consistent with established quality standards.
  • Develop Academy LMS and other learning channels to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs
  • Handle the branding plan of academy internal & external programs & activities using various communication channels such as social networking to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the internal and external customers to support a positive environment for learning
